Phones that arrive like this usually have moisture residue, shorted lines, or weakened power rails that can stop the device before iOS can load. The usual suspects are charging, power management, display, and boot-related circuits, so the work stayed focused on getting the original board stable without disturbing stored data.

For an iPhone, the storage is encrypted and paired to the logic board. Data recovery meant repairing this board until it could boot normally, then the owner’s passcode unlocked the device. We never bypass or crack passcodes. Once the phone was stable enough, we imaged the accessible data to healthy storage and verified the recovery path before preparing the return.
