What arrived at the lab
The Google Pixel phone arrived by mail from Utah and was logged into our Lincroft, New Jersey lab as a no power phone recovery. When the box was opened, the device was treated as a board-level phone case, not a simple cable or screen issue. We photographed the intake condition, recorded the symptom, and kept the work focused on recovering the owner's data from the original phone.
Bench work on the Google Pixel phone
We opened the Google Pixel phone on the bench, performed a visual inspection under the scope, and tested the board in a controlled way before applying any repair path. A phone that will not power on can fail from liquid exposure, impact damage, charging faults, shorted board lines, or power management trouble. Phones that arrive like this usually cannot be recovered by moving memory alone because the storage is encrypted and paired to the original board.
For this family of recovery, the lab path was to make the board stable enough to boot, then image and verify the accessible data once the phone could be safely handled. If liquid damage was present, cleaning was part of the normal workflow before deeper testing. We never bypass or crack passcodes. The owner's passcode is what unlocks the repaired phone so the encrypted data can be copied properly.
The recovered result
The outcome was data recovered. In practice, that meant the phone reached a state where the owner's data could be accessed, copied, and checked before return. The recovered files were prepared on healthy return media, and the original Google Pixel phone followed the normal mail-in return process after verification.
If yours looks like this
If a Google Pixel phone will not power on, stop charging it, do not keep pressing the power button, and avoid opening it without board-level tools. Mail-in cases from anywhere in the US are normal for our lab. We charge a flat 100 diagnostic applied toward the recovery, with no data, no charge, and the diagnostic answers everything before any decision.
Every case is different. Results depend on the physical condition of your device, so we never promise a percentage or a guaranteed outcome. Diagnosis is a flat $100, applied toward your recovery, and if there is no data recovered, there is no charge.
