What arrived at the lab
The Google Pixel phone arrived by mail at our Lincroft, New Jersey lab with the reported symptom that the phone was inaccessible. When we opened the box, we photographed and logged the device, kept the customer's notes with the ticket, and treated the job as a phone recovery where the storage remained tied to the original board.
How we worked the Google Pixel phone on the bench
We opened the Google Pixel phone on the bench, inspected the board under the scope, and tested the device path that could keep it from starting normally. For phone work, the storage is encrypted and paired to the board, so recovery meant repairing this board until it could boot far enough for the owner's passcode to unlock the data. We never bypass or crack passcodes.
- Phones that arrive inaccessible usually point us toward power, board-level damage, prior repair damage, liquid exposure, or a failed connection between known-good parts and the original board.
- We cleaned when liquid damage was part of the work, tested in controlled stages, and kept the goal narrow: bring the original board back to a readable state without changing the data-bearing path.
What data recovered meant here
The outcome was data recovered. We verified the recovered data before return and prepared it for the customer on healthy storage. For a phone recovery, that meant the device had to reach a state where the owner's own passcode could authorize access, and then the recovered files could be copied back in a usable form.
If yours looks like this
Do not keep charging, heating, freezing, or repeatedly forcing an inaccessible Google Pixel phone to start. Keep it powered off, avoid repair attempts that replace the original board, and send the device with the passcode available only for authorized recovery. Our 100 diagnostic is applied toward the recovery, and it answers what is possible before any decision.
Every case is different. Results depend on the physical condition of your device, so we never promise a percentage or a guaranteed outcome. Diagnosis is a flat $100, applied toward your recovery, and if there is no data recovered, there is no charge.
