BenchKey started as MDRepairs' internal tool. Today it runs our front counter, bench, and books every single day - and it can run yours. Tickets, estimates, checkout, customer portal, reviews, and inventory in one fast app.
MDRepairs is a working lab in Lincroft, New Jersey. Devices cross our counter all day - walk-ins, mail-ins, partner shipments - and every one of them needs a ticket, a diagnosis, an estimate, an approval, an invoice, and a pickup.
We tried running that day on the usual shop platforms. They billed us monthly and still made the counter slower: too many tabs, too many workarounds, and feature requests that went nowhere.
So we built our own. BenchKey has run this shop every day since, and every feature in it exists because our bench needed it. When something slows our techs down, it gets fixed fast - we are the first customer, and the angriest one.
What BenchKey does at MDRepairs between opening and close. Same product, same build, from the first day of your trial.
The customer checks in at the kiosk. BenchKey opens the ticket, tags the device, and drops it in the right queue - nobody retypes a phone number.
Ticket Created #23040 · Front CounterWe text the estimate. The customer reads it on their phone, signs, and approves. The job unblocks itself while the tech stays at the bench.
Estimate approved signed on a phoneA screen swap drops stock below par. The part lands on the low-stock list before anyone reaches into an empty bin.
Low stock iPhone 12 screen · 1 leftMoving a ticket to a new status texts the customer automatically, and the portal shows the same timeline we see. The phone stays quiet.
Status text sent portal timeline updatedCheckout rings the repair with parts and labor, card or cash. The invoice files itself against the ticket, not into a shoebox.

Yes. BenchKey runs our front counter, bench, and books in Lincroft, NJ every business day - check-ins, estimates, invoices, checkout, review requests, all of it. The build we run is the build you get.

Yes - 14 days, the full product, no credit card. That is long enough to import your data, run real repairs through it, and decide with evidence instead of a demo video.
Phone and computer repair shops, mail-in labs, buyback and resale counters, and multi-location operations. If your day is tickets in, devices fixed, and payments out, it fits.
The people who build it stand at a repair counter every day. Features come from our own shop floor, not a roadmap vote, and when something slows our techs down it gets fixed because we feel it first.
The Partnership Program is our lab doing wholesale data recovery for your customers. BenchKey is software you run your whole shop on. Plenty of shops use both - BenchKey for the day-to-day, our lab for the drives they cannot open.
Fourteen days, full product, no card. Import your data, run real repairs through it, and decide with evidence.
