Payment for a successful recovery is collected after the work is done - and we email you photo proof that your files are back before you pay.
What happens if my data turns out to be unrecoverable?
No data, no charge. If we cannot recover your target files, you pay nothing for the recovery - only the $100 diagnostic - and we explain exactly why recovery was not possible so you understand the outcome. Your device is returned to you.
What should I put in the form to get an accurate quote?
