   Write-blocked, image-first

   Nothing is ever written to your original drive. We create a sector-level image using write-blocking hardware, and every recovery operation happens against that image, not your media.

   Recovery integrity is verified through checksums and file-structure validation only. Your photos, documents, and messages are never viewed by anyone.

   Insured both directions

   Mail-in cases ship on a prepaid, insured label inbound, and your recovered data returns on new media with insured shipping. Tracking on both legs.

   Once you confirm your data arrived intact, every working copy in the lab is purged. Your original drive is returned to you or securely destroyed, per your written instruction.
